$BTC broke its ATH
While everyone’s attention is locked on $BTC $ETH is also closing in on its ATH
This is the classic capital rotation setup we saw back in 2017 and 2021
Altseason is near

The sequence of the market has already been well studied from previous cycles
The market moves pretty simply:
- $BTC
- $ETH
- high caps
- mid caps
- low caps
In the final stage everyone rotates into stablecoins

$BTC broke ATH
$ETH is less than 6% away from ATH
All media are currently focused entirely on $BTC
It’s very likely a move to distract players from alts
No one’s gonna tell you straight up “ETH is about to hit ATH buy alts now”

We shouldn’t forget that there are more big players in this cycle than ever before
The reason is ETF adoption
Traditional investors can now buy crypto in a way they’re familiar with
That’s why following the logic of big capital, acting early - is more important than ever

Additional capital will be pushed in by the upcoming Fed rate cuts
The M2 index shows global money supply is at an all-time high
Rate cuts plus M2 growth are the combo that historically delivered the biggest liquidity inflows into crypto

So what should regular market players do
You need to think a few steps ahead
If $ETH will soon be the hype play that means investors are already there so it’ll be too late for us
It’s time to position into alts after correctly identifying the strongest narratives

At least 2 sectors have already proven themselves:
- DeFi
- BSC projects
In my view we’ll also see strong performance from:
- L2
- AI
- DeFi again: it’s not done yet
I’m betting on these narratives since they either sustain or expand the ecosystem’s growth

- community strength
- potential and innovation
- partnerships
For a chart to moon a project must have a solid foundation behind it
