ERC-8004 solves what A2A and MCP couldn't: discoverability and trust. Three registries make it work: Identity (on-chain passport for every agent), Reputation (community feedback on performance), and Validation (ZK proofs and TEE attestations for high-stakes work). This is how specialized agents find and trust each other across narrow domains.

Non-determinism is a feature, not a bug—it lets agents explore different strategies.
